Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after she quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of the year. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college diploma. Her return came in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd during the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any goals. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. as well as seated rows. It is common to warm up prior to the actual training. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight as well as the second days heavy weight.
