Bossard started her professional career in the field of seafood commercial worker in 1999. She started working with the ship F/V Sunset a 65' halibut-schooner and was later converted into a Salmon tender, in the name of Murat Aritan, who had been working in commercial fishing since. Bossard has been married Aritan. They have now joined forces and are claiming the respective businesses. They believe in conservative, sustainable managing of the renewable resources for seafood. Otolith has opened its market direct wholesale distributorship in Philadelphia when Bossard returned from living back at home with her daughters, Bella 3 years old and Andre 1year old, and Andre 1, to Philadelphia.
